For this project we produced a 90 second micro-documentary about their business for their CitySearch.com listing which boasts over two dozen 5-star reviews. Because they have such a reputation for terrific customer service and community involvement we created a video that not only highlighted the experience of doing business with them, but we invited their customers (who were more than eager) to share their perspective on the business as well.
The final product is a video that carries their personal, authentic experience over to their online presence. The video has helped bring new traffic to their listing by improving their search results and differentiating them from their competition.
People want to do business with people they know, like, and trust and an authentic video backed up by handfuls of testimonials is one of the strongest ways to create that bond online.
